About Udrive
Udrive is a new rent a car experience in the UAE. I have redesigned Carsharing Fleet maintenance software to help automate fleet operations for field agents' tasks and keep vehicles running smoothly.

WHY & WHO
Carsharing Fleet maintenance software was designed to help automate fleet operations for field agents' tasks and keep vehicles running smoothly.
The redesign was necessary because the web app that was used has limited functionality, was not user-friendly, and access was through browser only.


Main Personas
Our users could be divided in 2 groups - drivers and cleaners. Each group required their own functionality in the future app. Drivers main tasks were car rebalancing, refuel, damage report, soft cleaning, oil check. Cleaners tasks - interior and extertior cleaning, photo reports.

Wireframing
Working closely with Product Manager and Software Developer I have gathered all the functionality and product requirements. The project was moving quickly, so we went straight to wireframing.
I have prepared an interactive prototype based on the existing app design and took some interface elements from the previous fleet maintenance web app.
